Denise Krc and her family are natives to the town of Columbus Texas. She is a 3rd generation resident to the Historic Town. Being passionate about her community and helping the people who live there. Denise determined that there was not a lender that is targeting this area where programs are available for homeowners with zero down payment, challenging credit, or competitive financing.

Her role with Finance Home America LLC, a Mortgage Broker, is a Loan Officer licensed to originate throughout the State of Texas. Working for a company that offers actual agency products like FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional and Jumbo loans, allows Denise to assist all borrowers in their financing needs.
